The answers:

1. d – There is no bigger waste of time than doing abdominal exercises hoping for flat abs. The reason you have a spare tire is because you have too much fat on your body. Burn it off with interval cardio training (bursts of high intensity cardio alternating with active rest periods).

2. e – After you get the heart rate high with the cardio, go directly to multiple joint movements like the squat, the lunge, pullups and pushups if you want a flat belly. Don`t believe advertising that promises a machine to give you flat abs in just minutes per day. It is a lie. Compound movements are what build muscle and burn calories.

3. e- If you don`t put white fluffy greasy things in your mouth, you won`t be fluffy and greasy. A healthy body is composed of water, lean muscle mass, strong bones and a little bit of healthy fat. You are what you eat. How could you possibly be anything else?
