One of the charms of
Los Cabos is the rich regional cuisine that
keeps evolving with the times. Los Cabos offers
an astounding variety of culinary styles from
North to South incorporating fusions from
mainland Mexico with international flair. It is
a pleasant surprise to taste the width and
length of the range of Mexican dishes that your

Sabor a Cabo (The
Flavors of Cabo), San Jose del Cabo, Los Cabos, is the name of the culinary
festival tempting the palates of those with
discerning connoisseurs of great quality food

support local institutions and charities such as
the Firefighters or the Red Cross. Sabor a Cabo
is designed to entertain their guests while
promoting Baja cuisine, and they have succeeded
in doing exactly that during past editions. This
year¹s event is being promoted internationally
