Villas de Oro Phase III will consist of 22 units built on two-and-one-quarter acres along holes No. 1 and No. 9 of the Palmilla Golf Club, a Jack Nicklaus Signature Course. Next month, Burchard plans to break ground on a 9,000 sq. ft. private tennis club. The tennis club and its other amenities are all located within walking distance of Villas de Oro.
The first phase of the tennis club's construction will consist of the completion of two upper courts. This phase is estimated to be completed in October. Parking for both vehicles and golf carts will also be provided.
