5th Annual Bisbee’s Los Cabos Open Golf Championship
Los Cabos - September 20, 2006 — The 5th Annual Bisbee’s Los Cabos Open Golf Championship will take place at the beautiful Roy Dye designed Los Cabos Country Club in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico on Saturday, October 28th, 2006. The golf tournament will be held in conjunction with the Bisbee’s Black and Blue World’s Richest Fishing Tournament.
Golfers will be playing a “TWO-PLAYER” scramble with an 11:00am shotgun start.
We will have several very interesting divisions to encourage local participation, as well as international tourists and fishermen from the Bisbee Black & Blue.
Trophies will be given to 6 special divisions within the golf tournament. We will award FIRST Place teams in the following divisions; HOTEL/RESORT, RESTAURANT, REAL ESTATE, TRANSPORTATION, GOLF PROFESSIONAL, AMATURE & best Bisbee FISHERMAN team.
This year a dynamic team has been formed to host this event. Wayne Bisbee will be joining tournament chairman and Chuck Kinder, President of BEST4GOLF and publisher of the Golf Guide in Mexico. Advanced registration indicates a large field of players.
All participants will attend the awards celebration for the Bisbee Fishing Tournament on Saturday night with cocktails, dinner, music and dancing in front of the Puerto Paraiso Entertainment Plaza, on the marina side of the mall.
A portion of the profits will be benefiting Amigos De Los Ninos “Friends of the Children”, a non-profit organization in Cabo San Lucas. The charity focuses on providing medical care to needy families in the area.
Local businesses and players are welcomed to come out and be a winner.
