For something new and different! 4 large needlefish 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 2 cups flour 1 cup corn meal 1 cup milk 1 egg oil for frying Clean needlefish by scaling, removing guts, and taking off head.
