The formal groundbreaking ceremony was held at sunset on Wednesday, October 23, 2013, at the sales office of Quivira Los Cabos in Cabo San Lucas. Sales awards were given to the top in-house salespeople and the top real estate brokers. The project is led by the excellent team of Heriberto Malcampo and José Luis Mogollon.
