Here are some maps of the San Jose del Cabo area showing the general route of the 2013 Ford Ironman Los Cabos event.
On March 17, 2013 will be held the first edition of the Ford Ironman Los Cabos.
1,500 participants from 48 countries are expected for the inaugural event in 2013. Ford Ironman Los Cabos offers a professional prize purse of $75,000 and 50 coveted age-group slots to the 2013 Ironman World Championship, taking place on Oct. 12, 2013.
United States is the country that have more participants, with a total of 545 athletes, followed by Mexico with 430, Argentina 55, Canada 51, Costa Rica 25, Australia 20 and Brazil 19 to name a few.
The activities of the 2013 Ford Ironman Los Cabos begin on Thursday March 14 with the opening of the Expo and registration and athlete packet pick up from 12:00 to 18 pm at the Hola Grand Faro hotel convention center.
