Fish Report for the Week of the 29th of August thru the 3rd of September, 2014

sushi timeA very slow week due to the visit of Hurricane Norbert, hurricane category 1 that just passed by Cabo San Lucas at approx. 100 km from Cabo, affecting our sea conditions for three days with moderate winds and lots of rain.  Nevertheless the fishing was pretty good the beginning of the week with lots of Bill Fish and Dorado to go around, species biting are Bonita, Rooster, Needle Fish, Skip Jack and Wahoo.  With sunny days at the beginning of the week and rainy – cloudy days at the end of our fishing week, an average temperature of 89 F, and an average water temperature of 75 F.   With 25 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 96% effectiveness catching fish. Our fleet production this week is 21+ bonitas, Rooster, Needle Fish and skip jacks, 30+ Dorados in the +30 lbs. category, 8 Stripped Marlin and Sail Fish in the +145 lbs and five +15 lbs Wahoo.  Our fish mostly caught this week on live bait. The highlight of this week was the Wahoo caught in various of our  boats in the pacific area. The Hot spot for this week was on the Pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old Lighthouse.  Visit our Facebook Page to see our Daily catches Http://goo.gl/WTUuu
