Sushi Time Fish Report to 23 January
Sushi Time Fish Report for the Week of January 17th through the 23rd, 2014
Nice weather with an average temperature of 88º F, with partly cloudy skies and an average water temperature of 76º F, pretty good week with 38 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had an 94.73% effectiveness catching fish, action picks up with 65% of our boats landing bill fish and two to five Mahi Mahi per boat, 25 striped marlin caught and 20 being released and 125+ dorados caught, ranging from 20 lbs to 30 lbs. Typical for this season, schools of BIG Spanish Mackerel in the Sunset Area, great for light tackle and great eating. Action encountered this week took place on the pacific side from Sunset Beach to the Old light house, most fish still biting on live bait.Hopefully next week the temperatures remain, and the fishing conditions remain as good.
Angler of the week, Kelly with two Dorado and 130 lbs Striped Marlin caught with Armando and Armando Jr. at Sushi Time I.
