”Open in January, 2020, owner, Zuki Page has secured the chef of all chefs to help open the magical, Sancho Panza Kitchen & Lounge. Transforming a former business warehouse into the romantic interior decor that features subtle lighting, live music and a menu inspired by Chef Jeremiah Tower. Sancho Panza is now located just before Santa Carmela Market on the four lane highway, and across the service road street from the elegant Esperanza Resort Hotel. Open Sunday through Wednesday from 5:00 PM – 11:00 PM and Thursday through Saturday until 12:00 midnight. Closed on Mondays. All major credit cards accepted.
