El Torito
A family ambiance restaurant with the true flavor of the Sinaloa Kitchen; the service is very good and the menu has a lot to offer, let me tell you about the most requested dishes, the Campechanas and Aguachiles (this last one is hot and spicy), to this date, they have been favorites of the happy clients, and as an special mention, the seafood soup is superb. Las Mariscadas
Located in Downtown Cabo. With very familiar ambiance, this restaurant has been a favorite among locals. One dish I can personally recommend is the appetizer Tuna (sashimi) Tostadas, they are absolutely delicious and the clams are something you have to try. Mariscos Guasave
This is another seafood restaurant very frequented by locals. The owners are from Sinaloa and my recommendation are the special clam, the “pregnant” toast, that is raw shrimp, boiled shrimp, octopus, clam and seashell, it comes with home made spicy sauce not hot. They also have sea bass or red snapper “Chicharron” and highly recommended the Volcano Crater which is a warm seafood “molcajete” (Mexican Rocky Bowl). Mariscos Mazatlan
This is a place where a lot of locals hang out with their families as well as tourists, its been operating in Cabo for a long time. The food has all the Mexican touch and the fishermen’s Décor with the palapa ceiling and colorful tablecloths will make you feel the Mexican spirit. The food is delicious and they have very good service. Choose from lobster to shrimp, catch of the day, octopus, scallops, etc. They prepare their dishes in a dozen different ways. Los Claros
Started as a taco stand and been evolving into a seafood restaurant, now they have a full restaurant service. Of course the marvelous tacos are still there, The salad bar and the sauces are a signature of this seafood restaurant, is definitely something not to miss. El Toro Guero
A family restaurant with the traditional Sinaloan cuisine, as many others successful businesses they grown from a small place to a very frequented seafood restaurant. They have very tasteful and elaborated dishes, my recommendation is the coconut shrimp and everything that is grilled, they have an amazing taste.
