Located in the heart of the Cabo San Lucas nightclub district, Sonoma Wine Garden is a comfortable, cozy hideaway where you can sip wines from California, México, Chile, and Argentina; dine on exquisite California cuisine; or visit languidly over a platter of cheeses and charcuterie. Wine is the main attraction here.
A knowledgeable and friendly sommelier is on hand to help with selections. For starters, go with the chef’s tasting plate; it’s a flavorful selection of cheeses, meats, and olives that’s paired with a chilled glass of Riesling. The salad menu has plenty of light options, while the dinner menu ranges from a tasty pollo chayote (a flavorful chicken dish with subtle, spicy undertones) to the Veracruz-style catch of the day. For dessert, share the delightful Kaiserschmarrn (caramelized pancakes, roasted apples, almonds, and raisins topped with a healthy dollop of whipped cream). The restaurant features a comfortable bar as well as stadium and garden seating.
