The Residences
A plethora of real estate and home ownership options exists within Querencia. The property offers a variety of custom homes or homesites, ranging in price dependent on square footage, lot size and view.
Also available is the Querencia Club Villa option which is offered in 3 distinct floorplans ranging from 4200 to 4800 square feet. Finally, a Club Terrazas or bungalow product is currently under development for release in the winter of 2005-2006.
The Club Terraza is a cozy, hassle-free bungalow that is luxurious in style and craftsmanship without the excess square footage. Property owners are Social Members and have access to best-of-breed Property Management and Member Concierge Services at Querencia.
The Principals and Staff
In July of 2004, Querencia announced the sale and change of control of the Querencia Golf Club and Properties to Rodger S. Kline, Charles D. Morgan, and James T. Womble. Boasting 30 plus years of collaborative, successful business endeavors, these gentlemen alongside the talented local staff have managed to rekindle the original vision of Querencia Properties as Mexico’s premier golfing and residential community.
Much of the club’s strategic vision and operational excellence should be given to the competency of the local staff. Jon K. Savage, formerly with Palmilla, brings 12 plus years experience to the Business & Real Estate development effort at Querencia.
In early 2005, Querencia then recruited Brian Martin from Red Sky Club in Colorado. Clayton Friend joined the staff as the new head golf professional in the summer of 2005 as did Keith Gilmartin, the Club’s new Food and Beverage Director. Alina Garcia rounds out an enthusiastic new management team as head of Querencia’s Property Management Services. |
