This beach is located near the Naval Base at the entrance to the Cabo San Lucas Marina. It is called The Locals’ Beach since it is mostly frequently by the residents of Cabo San Lucas. Other, more formal names used for this area are the Cannery Beaches which include Cannery Beach (The Locals Beach), Playa Coral Negro and Playa Balconcito.
