By the street remodeling we temporarily switched to the Passarela boutique at Niños Heroes Ave. near la Mesa Poblana restaurant and in the back street of the Squid Roe.
Established in 2011 by sisters Keke and Karen Tamez, Kaika Bakano Boutique is one of the newest fashion boutiques in downtonw Cabo San Lucas.
Kaika Bakano offers a range of special occasion clothing, shoes and accessories that is changing the concept of women’s fashion in Cabo San Lucas. At the core of Kaika Bakano Boutique is the philosophy that fashion is more than just clothes: It’s a lifestyle. Kaika Bakano Boutique provides customized service, complete with a wardrobe stylist and personal shopper, makeup courses, and photoshoots.
Kaika Bakano Boutique is focused on inventing looks and combinations and ensuring their stock features the latest industry styles. Appealing to the sophisticated women with a practical yet elegant taste, the collections range from cocktail and special occasion eveningwear to daywear, work attire, and accessories, including belts, bags, earrings and necklaces. All of the pieces are characterized by original, exclusive and fun designs featuring feminine and romantic details. |

Keke and Karen both regularly attend major fashion expos to keep up with the latest trends, colors, and fabrics hitting the fashion scene both nationally and internationally. Items are imported from the United States, Colombia and other high-end Mexican designers. Colombian bikinis and locally handcrafted accessories are exclusive to Kaika Bakano Boutique. In further ensuring items remain exclusive, Kaiko Bakano offers a small stock base and never sells two of the same dress for the same event.
Kaiko Bakano Boutique is located in the heart of Cabo San Lucas, and it provides exclusive private parking for clients for up to one hour. Store hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday to Friday, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturdays. It’s closed Sundays.

MAKE UP ARTIST, KEKE TAMEZ
discovered her passion for makeup at a very early age. As an adolescent, Keke was so curious to experiment with colorful lipstick and nail polish that her mother ran out of hiding spots to conceal her cosmetics. It didn't take long for Keke to recognize that she had a gift. Gaining experience in her teenage years working behind a cosmetics counter, she soon refined her craft by enhancing the beauty of customers with varying bone structure and skin tones, before pursuing makeup artistry as a profession.
Now residing in Cabo San Lucas, Keke views makeup as an outlet for personal expression. In the pursuit to perfect her craft, Keke isn't afraid to explore new ideas and utilize new techniques. You will discover while working with Tuyen, that her versatility, professionalism and love for her craft are apparent, making every experience personal and fun! |
