Justo Al Gusto Restaurant Was founded at the beginning of 2001 in the city of Queretaro by the Master Chef Markus Jungo Fasel. Mr. Markus, as his alumni commonly call him, acquired international experience during more than thirty years in fist class Hotels in Switzerland, The U.S., in Colombia and of course in Mexico.

On the marina in front of the Hotel Tesoro, Justo al Gusto, open since late 2005, is a delightful discovery for anyone looking for fine cuisine in a relaxed atmosphere. On arrival I was warmly greeted by owner and Master Chef Markus Jungo Fasel, who expertly oversees all facets of the restaurant. Swiss-Mexican Mr. Markus, as he is known, is no stranger to the hospitality industry, having spent more than thirty years in first class Swiss hotels along with stints in the U.S. and Columbia. His well-trained and friendly staff, lead by head waiter Mario, is expert at making you feel welcome and give very good service. I chose to sit at the back near the bar, where I had a view of the restaurant and the marina, and was able to watch the enticing dishes leave the kitchen.
