My cuisine isn’t based in a particular nationality, it’s formed from flavors in recipes that should be shared, textures well mixed with the ingredients and inspirations from dishes made by great chefs & restaurants around the globe.

I studied 5 years internationally culinary arts. I worked for a year in hotels in Mexico and United States. One year in catering in Jalisco, Mx. Now I am creator, director and chef from Grupo HA’.
