Empanadas
What are empanadas? Essentially, empanadas are stuffed dough pockets that are baked for fried. An empanada is a type of pasty baked or fried in many countries of the Americas and in Spain. They are tasty and convenient Latin-American-style turnovers. The name comes from the Spanish verb empanar, meaning to wrap or coat in bread. Wikipedia
