A. The Property
Diamante is nestled on approximately 1,500 acres of pristine land with 1.5 miles of stunning Pacific coastline, located within the city limits of Cabo San Lucas. The Diamante site is located approximately 6 miles, and a 10 minute drive from downtown Cabo San Lucas and is adjacent to the new Sunset Beach and Pueblo Bonito Pacifica Developments, and represents the next stretch of oceanfront resorts being developed along the Pacific Ocean heading north from “Lands End” and downtown Cabo San Lucas. The site is accessed from Route 19, the main highway connecting Cabo San Lucas to points north (Todos Santos and La Paz).
B. Amenities
Phase I of Diamante’s fully integrated master planned resort community involves a world-class resort golf course designed by Davis Love III called The Dunes Course, complimented by a state of the art practice facility with private hitting caves and slider bar.
Also completed is a clubhouse featuring a cantina with indoor and outdoor dining, golf pro shop and men’s and ladies locker rooms. Beach activities are also available with horseback riding, ATV rides and hiking.
Future Amenities are being planned which include a second world-class golf course for private membership called The Oasis Course, architecturally significant golf clubhouse, a beach club, a tennis complex with three surfaces, a luxury spa, state of the art fitness center, swimming pools, equestrian center and other recreational facilities.

C. Development
Summary: The first phase of Diamante will feature 66 golf villas located within the Dunes Course. Also available are 78 home sites located on Sunset Hill and 50 Beach Estates, all a minimum of one half acre in size providing ocean views.
Membership: The Diamante Dunes Course will become a private golf course for the exclusive use of its members and real estate owners, starting January 1, 2011. In an effort to enhance our vision as a “Family Club”, Diamante is pleased to announce the details of our new Family Membership Plan. Effective January 1, 2011 members and their spouses (or approved significant other), their children, grandchildren and their respective spouses, will have the right to use the Club facilities on substantially the same basis as the member. Effectively, this means that members of the “Family” can use the Club facilities unaccompanied by the Member, subject to the rules and conditions set forth in the membership documents.
Golf Rates & Reservation Policy

- Day of golf
- Golf cart
- Unlimited practice balls at the private hitting caves
- Service assistant (caddie) during peak hours
- Hosted food and beverages at the Slider Bar and on the Golf Course at our 2 Comfort Stations
- All rates shown include taxes (IVA)
Tee Times begin from 8:00 am until 2:00 pm in 15 minutes intervals. The Golf Course will be closed on Wednesdays during the off season (May – October).
Guests should arrive 45 minutes prior to their Tee Time to take advantage of the full Diamante golf experience.
Two-somes and Three-somes are subject to be paired with other players based on occupancy.
Golfing equipment can be reserved and paid for upon arrival for a Rate of $55 USD including: Golf clubs and Golf balls
