He has specialized in planning, directing and managing upscale catering events and fine dining restaurants. Manuel comes to Baja with a Masters in Italian Cuisine after graduating from ALMA, La Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italiana in Parma, Italy, where he had the opportunity to interact with the best Italian Chefs including Chef Gualtiero Marchesi.
Now, Manuel and his wife Virny have selected The Shoppes at Palmilla as the next location to bring their exceptional cuisine. |
