Martin Berasategui, a Los Cabos master chef who has received 10 Michelin stars, 12 top chefs awards, and one prestigious top winemaker accolade, launched a new Gastro Bar menu the first week in June, with a small private celebration party that included free cocktails at his Gastro Bar Avenue Terrace Paradisus Restaurant located in San Jose del Cabo. Some of Berasategui invited guests included fellow Chef’s Luis Armando Mukul (Gastro Bar Paradisus Los Cabos), Javier Plascencia (Jazamango, Erizo), Mónica Patiño (La Taberna del León, Abarrotes Delirio, Casa Virginia), Ivan Icra (Lardo, Rosetta), Jorge Alberto Ildefonso (Azulik Tulum), Maribel Alejandra Aldaco (Fauna), Diego Rubén López (Zama Yatch & Beach Club), Omar Armas (Mantou), Pedro Francisco Javier Abascal (Thompson Hotel), Alex Branch (Acre), David Hussong (Fauna), Marco Carboni (Satoria), and Elena Gamarra (Universidad del Caribe) as well as Oenologist. Oenology is the science and study of wine and winemaking.
The 12 invited members of the local Los Cabos gastronomic and restaurant community enjoyed a private 7-course dinner that was the delicious and appetizing aspect of the Gastro Bar new menu launch festivities. Already known for its exceptional food since opening in 2017, of which customers enjoy the VIP treatment afforded them by the friendly Gastro Bar staff; is testament Martin Berasategui’s restaurant customer service has maintained its excellent level in caring for their guests during their dining experience. Long considered an amazing place to visit, Berasategui’s Gastro Bar continues to dazzle and surprise.
