lifestyle choice for many people. It's a
medical necessity for those who have Celiac
Disease. Gluten Free diets have also been
discovered by parents of autistic children
to yield positive behavioral effects.
Here at Cabo Gluten Free Bakery we've
responded to this growing need by increasing
the number of Gluten Free products that we
sell to over 30 products.
Located in Mexico, we import only the best
ingredients from suppliers who have a Gluten
Free packaging division complete with
specialized machinery to make sure that our
products maintain their purity--just as
nature intended. By going to these lengths,
we’re able to ensure that those with wheat
allergies, celiac disease and gluten
intolerance can trust that our products are
safe to consume.
Our mission is to provide delicious and
healthy choices to Gluten Free living as
well as sharing healthy eating alternatives.
More than 55 diseases have been linked to
gluten, the protein found in wheat, rye, and
barley. It’s estimated that 99% of the
people who have either gluten intolerance or
celiac disease are never diagnosed. It is
also estimated that as much as 15% of the US
population is gluten intolerant. (In México
it is estimated that there are 1.5 million
people living with this problem.) |

Cabo Gluten Free Bakery offers a full line of Gluten Free baked goods to inspire customers to live well, with taste.
The company is privately owned and is based in San Jose del Cabo, Mexico. The owner, Deborah Swanson, a diagnosed Celiac herself went on a mission many years ago to create baked goods that were so delicious, people without Celiac’s Disease would love them.
Deborah, a fourth generation baker, grew up with the delicious smell of yeast rising in the family kitchen, she is excited to share her incredible Gluten Free items with those who thought their days of eating bread were over.
Products include Sliced White Sandwich Bread, Hamburger Buns, Sweet Breads, like Mango Pineapple and Banana Walnut, Coffee Cakes like Cinnamon Swirl, Almond Poppyseed, Pumpkin Pineapple, Apple Pie Muffins, and Hearty Gluten Free Multi Seed Bread (if you closed your eyes, you would swear it was pumpernickel), Sprouted White Bread for sandwiches, Herbed Dinner Rolls and Gluten Free Pizza Crust just to name a few.
Special orders are gladly accepted. Gluten Free cupcakes and muffins are available for children’s birthday parties as well.
In addition to the baked goods, Cabo Gluten Free Bakery has a small Tienda where they sell other Gluten Free products such as: Pasta, Sweet Potato Chips, Gluten Free Cereals, Granola, Chocolate and Mac & Cheese.
