HOOTERS RESTAURANTS offer a wide
variety of sandwiches, hamburgers,
seafood and our nearly world famous
chicken wings. Now open in Cabo San
Lucas, Los Cabos, Mexico.
In 1983 six businessmen (and we use that term loosely) opened the first HOOTERS in Clearwater, Florida. The group known as the HOOTERS Six were immediately indicted for impersonating restaurateurs. While the charges were later dismissed the stigma lingers today. Through the years HOOTERS has grown into a huge international success with restaurants dotting the globe and even a Casino, Golf Tour, Calendar, and Magazine to its credit. With all of this success one might think HOOTERS would lose sight of its humble beginnings.
To the contrary, we intend to keep dancing with the one that brought us and we know the most important thing is good food and cold beer served by a beautiful HOOTERS Girl. The photo on right shows some of the Hooters girls of Cabo.
We are confident you’ll enjoy our special brand of food and fun. Hooters has continued to rank high amongst the industry's growth leaders. Hooters has proven successful in small-town America, major metropolitan areas and internationally. |

For your main course, the three cheesestuffed chiles rellenos entrée can only be described as magical and comes served with black bean sauce and mango pico de gallo ($12 U.S.). The family-style sea bass with garlic-chile sauce ($21 U.S) and Oaxacan beef medallions with ancho chile and peanut mole ($21 U.S.) are both excellent. The Fideo Seco, Mexican pasta with fresh cheese, cream, and avocado, is unique and tasty ($12 U.S.). The restaurant also features family-style platters of arrachera (skirt steak, $22 U.S.), carnitas (roasted pork, $19 U.S.), and pescado a la talla (adobo-marinated snapper, $22 U.S.). All are deliciously prepared. Save room for the best churros this reviewer has ever encountered: crispy and warm from the oven with caramel and chocolate dipping sauces and worth every calorie. The lunch menu offers a variety of soups, salads, and tortas; the chef recommends the torta de chorizo con queso fundido (sausage with melted cheese sandwich, $8 U.S.). Hacienda at Medano Beach, Calle Gomez Farias S/N, Cabo San Lucas, (624) 163-3144, www.haciendacocina.com. Daily 8 a.m.10 p.m. MasterCard and Visa accepted. C.B |
