They assembled and trained an excellent staff, and crafted a fabulous menu and comprehensive wine list. The result was Buon Appetito, a warm and inviting restaurant with cheery colors, ambient lighting, soft background music, and above all, an outstanding experience.  For starters, try the zucchini cannelloni stuffed with tuna and fresh vegetables in a viele sauce ($6) or the Swiss chard raviolis stuffed with mascarpone cheese and pine nuts ($10). Every dish is artfully designed and served on unique white tiles.

For a lighter dish, try the mixed vegetable salad with potatoes, carrots, tomatoes, and broccoli drizzled with mustard vinaigrette or the Insalate Di Agrumi, topped with grapefruit, oranges, and kiwis, mixed in a beet vinaigrette.  For the main course, Buon Appetito’s home-made pasta, prepared with a variety of sauces and cheeses comes highly recommended ($8-$12). The restaurant also offers a great selection of delicious large, thin-crust pizzas ranging from $7-$12. For those looking for something other than traditional Italian cuisine, Buon Appetito serves sautéed chicken breast, beef medallion, or fish of the day, accompanied by a side of mashed potatoes or vegetables.

Half-order plates are available for children.  Above the restaurants is a chic, outdoor lounge bar, perfect for an after dinner drink.  The bar is open every Thursday and Saturday until 1 am and Fridays until 4 am.  The upstairs area features a large bar, comfortable lounge seating, and a guest DJ spinning the hottest hits.
