Now offering Baja Brewing draft beer, our home distilled &#8220;Baja Midnight&#8221; Vodka, Moonshine &amp; Chocolate Moonshine, 3 house blends of Tequila, all for tastings, cocktails, and bottle sales. All Baja Midnight Spirits are gluten free, Moonshine from sweet white corn and Vodka from sugarcane.\u00a0 Our bar and restaurant menu offering fresh made food in a international gastropub style with farm\/sea fresh local ingredients. The fermenting, distilling, and bottling operations are underway so come in and sneak a peak. Our future offerings list have been expanded to flavored vodkas, rum, gin, brandy and, oh yes, more moonshine flavors.
