{"id":4197,"date":"2014-04-19T10:33:43","date_gmt":"2014-04-19T16:33:43","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.loscabosguide.com\/blog\/?p=4197"},"modified":"2014-04-19T10:33:43","modified_gmt":"2014-04-19T16:33:43","slug":"sushi-time-fish-report-april-12th-thru-the-18th-2014","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.loscabosguide.com\/blog\/2014\/04\/sushi-time-fish-report-april-12th-thru-the-18th-2014\/","title":{"rendered":"Sushi Time Fish Report, April 12th thru the 18th, 2014"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Sushi Time Fish Report, April 12th thru the 18th, 2014<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-medium wp-image-4198 alignright\" style=\"line-height: 1.5em;\" alt=\"fr sushit ime\" src=\"https:\/\/www.loscabosguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/fr-sushit-ime-300x262.jpg\" width=\"300\" height=\"262\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.loscabosguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/fr-sushit-ime-300x262.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.loscabosguide.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/04\/fr-sushit-ime.jpg 447w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/>It\u2019s getting warm down in Cabo and the fishing action starts picking up, \u00a0I would say it\u2019s a bit warmer than usual for this time of year with a decent mix of fish becoming available. \u00a0Water temperatures seem also a bit warmer than normal which is great for warm-water species, overall a nice mix of fish caught this week. \u00a0A successful week of fishing with Marlin and Dorado back bending our poles, way too many Big and Small Mako Sharks.\u00a0 Small game fish species available are Bonita, Big Sierra, Rooster Fish, Skip Jack, Needle Fish and Trigger Fish. \u00a0With beautiful warm and sunny clear days except for Wednesday which was unexpectedly windy, with an average temperature of 82\u00ba F, and an average water \u00a0temperature of 70\u00ba F.\u00a0\u00a0An excellent week with 46 fishing trips provided by Sushi Time Sport Fishing, we had a 95.65% effectiveness catching fish and still some late whale sightings with 250+ bonitos, sierra, trigger fish, needle fish and skip jacks, 21 Dorados, 4 Stripped Marlin and a few BIG and small Mako Shark caught this week, all on live caballito bait and lures. This is definitely a successful week for sport fishing.
