mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">1.2 kg \u00a0Yellowtail \u2013 \u00a0butterflied (a good fishmonger will clean it up real nice)<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">2 lemons<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">1 cup of melted butter<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Salt and black pepper<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">A handful of curly parsley, chopped fine<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">A handful of chives, chopped fine<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">A handful of dill, chopped fine<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l1 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Foil<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: small;\">METHOD FOR GRILLED YELLOWTAIL:<\/span><\/h2>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Open the butterflied fish and rest it skin down on the foil.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l3 level1 lfo2; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Add the juice of one lemon to the melted butter.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul type=\"disc\">\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Season with salt and black pepper and brush half the lemon butter over the fish.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Arrange the fish on a roster \u2013 it\u2019s just so much easier to handle on a hot braai.<\/li>\n<li class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"mso-margin-top-alt: auto; mso-margin-bottom-alt: auto; mso-list: l2 level1 lfo3; tab-stops: list .5in;\">Cook on a hot grill (skin down) for about 10 minutes until the fish is hot right through.
