With the recent opening of Marejada (meaning high tide in Spanish), he conjures up unique blends of his experience from the French Culinary Institute in Manhattan to Latin flavors such as roasted tomato soup, shrimp bisque, sashimi with pineapple, and tastings of Baja and Peruvian ceviche. His shrimp sliders are made of shrimp patties placed on small buns served with slices of fresh tomato, lettuce and his own special sauce. Fish of the day is served to order or with a 4-course tasting menu of the fish you catch. Sundays are devoted to paella served with a side of Caesar salad. Restaurant husband and wife owners, Suzan Caliskan and Nicola Bordingnon wanted to bring to Los Cabos a touch of Baja and they have succeeded with this cozy eatery.
