In 1917, an American company built a floating platform to catch tuna, and ten years later founded Compañía de Productos Marinos S.A. And while very few Pericú natives remain and the tuna shipping warehouse has long been closed, the mouth watering food and high quality restaurants, has not only grown, but remains an incredible characteristic of visiting this beautiful Land’s End vacation destination.

In Los Cabos, when they say ”catch of the day,” they literally and figuratively mean, ”caught that very day.” Depending on how a customer wants it served, restaurant guests can choose from grilled fish or a sushi-prepared catch of the day.
