What is a trust at a Restricted Zone?
The Trust at a Restricted Zone is a contract trough which a person (Mexican or foreign) can sell to a foreigner a Tourist Development, a Condominium Building on the beach, a house, or a Real Estate on the beach or in the border, and wants to sell it to a foreigner.
