About Jose Lima
He was born in Isla Mujeres, in the Mexican Caribbean, His first approach to photography was with Ramon Bravo, a famous underwater and nature photographer that let him "play" with a camera for the first time.
Jose Lima's generation is very lucky to have witness the evolution of imagery. And he was there from the beginning... BETA CAM in 1974 , 16mm, Super 8, VHS, 8MM, DV, MINI DV. and the explosion of Still Digitals. He has learn the craftsmanship of photography hands on the gear, eye on the viewer.
Jose Lima's passion goes for People and Nature. Both present us with expressions and feelings that once captured by the camera of this wedding photographer becomes eternal memories of the good times. And there is nothing like a good memoir. From that "I get my satisfaction" he says.
