Baja Blue caters well to families, corporate groups, wedding parties, and special events. This restaurant is divided between a bar that holds up to 60 people, a dining room that can hold up to 40 people and a wrap around balcony that can hold up to 60 people and looks out to the ocean in the distance. This is a one of a kind place in San Jose.
The menu of Baja Blue uses its onsite garden to produce “Cabo Cuisine” which is an international menu that understands the likes of American palates introduced in a Mexican style culture. This international menu ranges from Classic Mexican dishes to local seafood sashimi dishes to hamburger’s and pizza. This is a diverse menu that hits all pallets for all kinds of people.
The setting inside Baja Blue is a Modern Classic Mexican look. Baja Blue mixes modern marble high tops and bar stools in the bar, with Mexican made equipal chairs and wood tables in the dining room. The outside balcony is a mix of white marble tops with woven twine chairs. The overall look of the restaurant is clean, simple, comfortable and spacious.
Other amenities of Baja Blue include a miniature golf course that surrounds the building. This is a great amenity for kids to play in while families can enjoy their time and space. A fire pit in the balcony lounge that is great to add atmosphere to gather around, Satellite T.V. that projects on 5 different televisions for sporting events, and an outdoor grill area to hold multiple area’s for events, games, parties….etc.
