My yoga practice began in CSL, in 1999 I started attending classes with a great teacher in the Bikram tradition. My initial interest was sparked by the desire to release stress and relieve general back pains.

I continued my practices for a period over three years. In the 2003 visited a local yoga center in Santa Cruz, CA, I felt connected and decided to explore the yoga “lifestyle” I was merged in the discipline trough on-going practices and activities studying the Yoga Philosophy.

The following season I returned to the Mount Madonna Center in Watsonville, CA. to complete my yoga teacher training certification.

I returned to Cabo San Lucas to work in various hotels: Hotel Villas del Palmar, Hotel Pueblo Bonito Sunset, Hotel Pueblo Bonito Pacifica, Hotel Playa Grande, and Hotel Dreams Los Cabos.

Also giving private yoga classes at private villages in Pedregal community, Palmilla, and Lifestyle Luxury Villas.

I’ve continued my studies regularly and received my second certification in 2006 from the Sivananda Ashram Yoga Retreat in Paradise Island in Nassau, Bahamas.

My classes are designed on the Ashtanga, (The eight limbed structure) centering the mind with the techniques of Pranayama, (breath exercises) followed by a series of dynamic postures, this Hatha flow class focuses in building heat in the body, sustaining the heat and directing the breath to open muscles achieving flexibility and strength.

The call is appropriate for all levels of experience and will provide modifications for the various levels within the class.

It sounds serious but be prepared to have fun. A good sense of humor the willingness to explore and relax the body is essential.

• June of 2009 Course for Kids and Family Yoga in San Jose del Cabo, Mex.
• March 2010 Course for the Sun Moon Partner Yoga training at Raices y Brazos, in San Jose del Cabo, México.
• October 2010 Trained for the Intensive 200 hrs. Rainbow Kids Yoga, In beautiful Tulum, Mexico, the core was based in the Yoga Kids Family, Partner, Prenatal, Postnatal and Fertility Yoga

Other Services:

• In December 2008 receive my certification as a Massage Practitioner, from The Mount Madonna Institute School of Professional Masage, In Watsonville, California.
• Current employment: Resort Dreams Los Cabos, Zoetry Casa del Mar, Ventanas al Paraiso, AMI Holistic Center and Cabo Fitness Gym in town.
