Prepaid Vouchers Program - Refund Policy

We are able to give a refund for any unused vouchers. To receive a refund the following terms and conditions apply and the vouchers must be returnd to our USA office. Please send all vouchers in a secure manner that requires a signature - Certified Mail with a return receipt, UPS, or Federal Express. 1. Vouchers must be undamaged, in saleable condition and not signed on the back. 2. Unused Vouchers must be returned no later than 120 days from the date of purchase. We will not be able to accept returns received after 120 days from the date of purchase. 3. A copy of the sales order or invoice must be included with the return. 4. Refunds are handled as quickly as possible but can take up to 7 working days to process. 5. Refunds are given in the manner in which payment was received. 6. Unused vouchers may also be exchanged for other vouchers for different participants only if the vouchers being exchanged are for businesses that are still in operation and still participate in our Prepaid Voucher program. NOTE: We do not suggest that you hold any unused vouchers for your next trip to Los Cabos. Our participants vary from month to month and your unused vouchers from this year may not be accepted next year if that business has closed or no longer participates in our program. If the vouchers are held longer than 120 days from the date of purchase we may not be able to give any refund or exchange.

How to Place your Order You can easily order your Prepaid Vouchers by calling or sending a FAX to our USA office with a list of the Vouchers you wish to purchase. You may pay by check or provide your credit card information. We can provice a secure order for if you want to send the credit card information online.
