Offering the same quality of delicious food within an all-new, chic yet casual setting on the sand is Medano Beach Club Cabo. Known previously as Las Palmas, this recently remodeled establishment offers plenty of fresh seafood, caught locally and brought in three times a week, plus innovative Mexican cuisine, and even a few organic options, all just steps from the Sea of Cortés. Entrees range from $15 U.S. to $28 U.S. and are preceded by complimentary chips and fresh salsa. Diners looking to stay slim might opt for one of the salads as a starter, using 100 percent organic vegetables such as cherry tomatoes and baby carrots. A heartier but still healthy meal is the fajita plate, $15 U.S. Served with warm flour tortillas, this combination of organic onions, red and green bell peppers, and strips of succulent steak will satisfy anyone’s appetite. Either before or after the meal, look super sexy while being served cocktails atop one of the white beach beds, or saunter into the shade of a teepee on the beach. Medano Beach Club is open daily from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m., serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Relish in a “two for one” beer during happy hour as you absorb all of the beach happenings.
