A new dining option has just debuted in San Jose del Cabo. Perched atop the mountain, within the Vista Encanto Condominiums, The Hill Top restaurant awaits you. Blessed by a spectacular unobstructed view of San Jose Bay encompassing Palmilla on one side and Punta Gorda on the other.
The Chef, Gabriel Cambon, has 12 years in Los Cabos. He has extensive experience as Chef and as Food & Beverage Director having worked in many of the most important resorts in Mexico upon his arrival from France.
The restaurant is open daily for lunch and dinner. A different menu is offered for each service. The menu for lunch has items that are simple yet delicious many prepared with no sauces.
The dinner menu is a fusion cuisine with a tendency towards the French. Especially worth noting are the Salmon Tartar, Portobello Napoleon, Tuna Sashimi, the traditional Lobster Bisque, the Chateaubriand and the Caesar salad prepared at your table. It was also a pleasant surprise to find that the restaurant offers an extensive wine selection.
So if you are looking for a place to dine at, consider the Hill Top as an option because of the quality food, wines and view.
