Subway has been celebrated for offering a fresh fit menu comprised of seven subs containing less than six grams of fat and under 350 calories. Subs such as the Vegetarian Delite, Turkey breast, Oven Roasted Chicken breast, and Subway Club offer consumers a healthier alternative to greasy fast food. All products are low in fat, calories, and sodium and high in protein, fiber, and nutrients. Even their salads are made-to-order with local crisp vegetables including fresh garden lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, onions, olives, and pickles with the option of a fat-free dressing drizzled on top.
