With our Semi Enclosed BELOW viewing area and comfortable ABOVE viewing area, this hydrofoil is a SMOOTH and extremely STABLE luxury vessel. Your tour begins in the elite IGY marina of Cabo San Lucas. You will see Puerto Paraíso (Paradise Port) boasting the glamorous Luxury Avenue Mall, viewing our world ABOVE in the marina. Pelicans will greet you as they play around the docks along with Pancho the famous big Sea Lion and his friends.
The sun is always shining, fish are swimming, Cranes are sun bathing, people are around enjoying the great vibration that is Cabo San Lucas, Baja California Sur Mexico! As we glide out towards Land's End to the ARCH you will "See Life thru our Eye" MR , "BELOW" the Sea of Cortez. through our 4x Magnifying Lens bottom. Your view is the size of a Basketball court when looking down at 27 feet. Our lens is 7 Ft. x 10 Ft. (2 mt. x 3 mt.) which is the largest in the world. Octopus, Parrot Fish, Sea Urchins, Mantas and so many corals and plants grace the underwater world in Cabo.
You can have an intimate experience with the sea life without getting wet! There is no other boat in all of Mexico like this. Along the way to The Arch see "ABOVE" as we travel to Lands end. See Lovers Beach, the Arch (El Arco), Sea Lion Colony, Pacific Window, which is a tunnel thru the rock where you can see thru to the Pacific Ocean. Get close to natural monuments: Neptune's Finger, Pelican Rock and when looking form the right angle, "Scooby Doo Rock". Sky divers and Scuba divers, people Kayaking, Fish Jumping, Water Taxi's, Parasailers, Sea Lions, Mantas and Whales when in season, and Jet skiers, Yachts, Helicopters, all making the scene around the Bay of the Sea of Cortez.
We then cruise to catch the action at Medano Beach. Live music, fire dancers, floor shows, water activities and lots of action are the usual sights at Medano Beach. There is usually a party at Medano Beach unless you take our early morning tours. There are crazy competitions being held on the beach along with frequent video and model photo shoots and celebrities galore! Early morning tours are quiet and more tranquil so choose your tour buy the experience you prefer.
Our final tour of the day is at Sunset and that is an amazing time to be on the Sea Eye. After cruising by Medano beach we then return to the marina where the Pirate Ships, World Class yachts and Fishing Fleet's vessels and Party Boats surround you leaving you with a cool breeze, the smell of salt air and all of the memories you will never forget from booking in this one of a kind experience.
SUNSET TOUR:
Enjoy our signature "Above and Below" Tour at Sunset. This is a special time of the day to be out on the Sea Of Cortez. As the sun sets there are various colors featured in the sky depending on the time of year, but most of the time it will start with a pinkish glow all around. The blue of the late afternoon sky turns from sky blue to an amazing periwinkle blue and finally an ultramarine blue before being glazed over by pinks and reds and often yellows.
When there are light clouds around, the sky is like a canvas with brushstrokes in brilliant colors and designs, real works of art to be seen. At Latitude 22 we have a unique view of the horizon, and it is very incredible to experience the panoramic views from the perspective of the Bay in this unique and far away port of Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
Of course you will view the underwater world before the sun goes down, and that is why the Above and Below Tour on the Sea Eye is an opportunity not to be missed.

Private tours are available for Groups and Special Events for parties up to 16 people. You can book your private tour by the hour or day. This is a great vessel to tour on for Honeymooners and Bridal Parties, to celebrate Birthdays and any kind of Special Occasion. We are happy to make arrangements for snacks or beverages and snorkeling is available on private tours of 2 hours or more.
This vessel provides a very romantic setting, especially at sunset, and is a great way to surprise your partner with an engagement proposal, or to celebrate while on your honeymoon or getaway in Cabo.
Private Tours can be held for Anniversaries and Memorials as well.
