Romina Ruiz and Asociados is a consulting and advising firm established as a business in Cabo San Lucas in 2004. The office itself and the services provided have been in operation by its founder, Lic. Romina Ruiz Cardenas since 1995.

Lic. Romina Ruiz Cardenas, the founder of Romina Ruiz and Asociados has a four year college degree in Business Administration and another degree as Attorney at Law. She also has minors in Marketing, Finance, International Trade and Customs. This past year she coordinated a seminar in Real Estate Law.
One of their Associates, has a degree as and Attorney at Law also from Mexico City. He has 15 years of experience and at the current time he is the legal advisor of Marina Sol Homeowners Association, and various other businesses in La Paz where he resides. He also is an authorized court Translator with 8 years of experience in legal translation.
When there is the need of a Notary Public to legalize documents we coordinate with the Notary Public in order to provide the services.

1. Translations Spanish/English/Spanish by an authorized court Translator with over 12 years experience in this area.
2. Immigration documentation. We provide the advise and obtaining of all kind of FM3, FM2 and legal authorization for marriages and similar. We are registered in the Immigration Department and have been in this area for the last 10 years.
3. Real Estate Closings and Acquisitions. We provide the services of assignment of Rights, acquisitions, trusts, and any other service related with real estate transactions. We have two attorneys who review and authorize all of our transactions.
4. Setting up and incorporating Mexican Businesses.
5. Advice and Consultation in Corporate Law. We can process and produce any kind of legal documentation required for a Mexican Corporation to work in Mexico, including corporations with Foreign Investment.
