Roasted Grill & Bar is located down the street and around the corner from the orange colored, six story, Marina del Sol Condominiums. Once inside the restaurant, there is lots of open space. Noted for their amazing and tender, fall off the bone, full of flavor BBQ ribs, which are served four ribs per plate. The Land and Sea platter is an appetizing dish (for two) of a perfectly cooked steak, fresh lobster tail and garlic shrimp; sprinkled with just the right amount of seasoning and accompanied by some tasty gravy and a baked potato . Reservations for the fifteen table, popular dining establishment are highly recommended. The unique decor is highlighted by Roasted Grill & Bar’s friendly bilingual wait staff, who clearly understand the value of professional service. The restaurant also boasts a very diverse wine list that feature brands from major population regions from around the globe.

The sumptuous array of food is grilled on an open and active flame. The grilled vegetables, grilled asparagus and the rich and hot corn chowder soup are all items off the menu worthy of their reasonably priced flavor. Other dishes that are quite mouth watering, delectable; are the blackened sea bass, grilled corn cob, and Ceviche. ”The meal had such an impact on us that we went back a second time before our trip to Cabo was over,” said Leann Backovic Glavenich of Sutter Creek, California, when speaking of her all women’s annual trip to Cabo. ”And you have to try the pineapple, chili pepper margarita,” she recommended. Other available drinks of note are the Mojito, and the flaming Mexican coffee; made with tequila and Kahlua. Which is a superb match with the Tres Leches cake desert. While Roasted Bar & Grill, is not for the bargain hunting tourist, a party of three can easily dine for under $100 US dollars. The jazz music in the background is always at a perfect level for comfortable listening.
