Combinacion Mexicana (Mexican Combo)
Delicious stuffed poblano pepper, tender grilled arrachera beef, red stuffed chicken enchilada and cheese quesadilla served with guacamole and beans.

Cazuela Guadalajara, (Pot with Gudalajara style meat in its juice)
Delicious strips of beef filet in a meat juice, bacon, with beans and green sauce, served in a clay pot made in Jalisco, with corn tortillas
Campesino (Peasant)
Beef filet cooked on the grill with odor of mesquite firewood, served with guacamole and Mexican sauce, grilled onions, fried beans with cheese, and flour or corn tortillas. We recommend you to order your tequila and enjoy this traditional dish from the Mexican Revolution
Arrachera (Arrachera beef)
Tender grilled arrachera beef, red stuffed cheese enchiladas, guacamole, beans and grilled onions.
Albañil (Bricklayer)
Fine beef chunks grilled with bacon, Serrano chillies, seasoned with Worcestershire sauce and baked cheese
Chiles Rellenos (Stuffed chillies)
Two delicious grilled chilies stuffed with cheese, topped with tomato sauce, cheese baked in "El Gordo" oven, served with white rice, fried beans and tortillas. It's your choice to enjoy this very Mexican dish with our home made tequila or a cold beer
Pollo Relleno del Chef (Chef´s stuffed chicken)
Tender chicken breast stuffed with shrimp cooked in a pan, baked with mesquite firewood, topped with Queen sauce and fresh mushrooms, served with rice and vegetables. A romantic dish if you enjoy it with a good glass of Rose Wine
From The Pacific Ocean
All the fish that we serve you, Seabass, Mahi Mahi and Red snapper, are caught along the Pacific Ocean coasts and the recipes are exclusively our own.

Mango, grilled and served with a sweet & sour mango sauce ..mmm
En Limon, (Lemon) Fish Filet seasoned in lime juice and butter.
A la Parrilla, (On the grill) Served with an exotic tamarindo sauce on the side.
Borracho (Drunk fish) grilled on a dark or light beer at your choice
En Mantequilla de Ajo Cooked on  garlic and  butter
Veracruz: Steam cooked and topped with a rich Veracruz  sauce, Prepared with fresh tomato, onion ,bell pepper ,olives and coriander.
Huachinango Frito: (Fried Red Snapper), We really recommend you to ask your waiter for this dish. It's really delicious if you combine it with very cold light beer.
All fish dishes are served with vegetable garnish and rice
Shrimps
We serve you the blue shrimp, simple the best shrimp from the Mexican coast. We recommend that you enjoy it with white wine or a cold beer.

Al pozo, (at the well) - A delicious recipe, battered shrimp with small nut chunks and with an almond liquor sauce on the side.
Tequila Viejo, (Old Tequila) - When tequila is good, food is good, dinner is good, LIFE IS GOOD. Flambéed  with our very own Blue Agave Tequila and sautéed with garlic.
Chenin Blanc - A delicate dish, with the fine touch of wine and the tasty garlic that we all love.
Coco de Oro (Gold Coconut) - Covered with fresh sweet coconut flakes, deep fried and served with a sweet & sour tamarindo sauce on the side.
A la Diabla - Cooked on our hot secret spicy recipe, you must have your cold beer at side
Al Birote - Fresh giant shrimp with a mild touch of spices, breaded and fried

Passion of the Sea- Feel the secrets of the aphrodisiac Baja Desert Damiana liquor, fresh mushrooms and almonds. A dish that will gives you a great passion tonight !!
We recommend you to enjoy it with a bottle of our exclusive Damiana wine .
Thermidor - Cooked in onion, fresh mushroom, garlic butter, white wine, and baked with béchamel sauce and cheese
