The artisans originally displayed their cars. As time went by, palapas were built allowing the artisans to display their merchandise. Eventually, the hurricanes damaged forcing a more permanent structure to be build. Which effort, work and dedication of the craftsmen, a new building was crected retaining the essence of the Mexican market.
