The Group was founded by a group of professionals who wanted to create a real estate full service company in Los Cabos with Foreign Owners, and Investors in mind.
Our goal is to develop long term relationships with our clients that full fill their needs for acquisition, development, financing, construction, maintenance services, and property management.
Our managing partner Gert de Herrera has been involved in Cabo San Lucas for over 18 years. Gert has over 25 years of real estate and construction experience and holds a Colorado Brokers License specializing in ranch, residential, and commercial properties.
