Los Cabos Tourism Board honored at the 24th edition, 2017 World Travel Awards.
They were recognized for the work to promote the destination thanks to the work and commitment of the Hoteliers and other service providers. Los Cabos confirms the leadership of its promotion as an international tourist destination.
Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico, September 13, 2017 – Thanks to the effort to consolidate Los Cabos as a leading international destination, the Los Cabos Tourism Board received the gold travel award in the category of Mexico’s Leading Promotion Office and Central America, during the 24th edition of the World Travel Awards 2017 celebrated on September 09, 2017 at Riviera Maya.
The World Travel Awards annually recognizes excellence in each of the tourism segments in Mexico and Central America. In this edition Los Cabos received the award thanks to the commitment of the Hotels, service providers and the innovative promotion structure that help to position it as an ideal place to vacation, celebrate a wedding, and enjoy the natural beauty of the destination. With this award Los Cabos reinforces the commitment to offer high level infrastructure and continue to attract tourism with an annual increase of up to 20%, which represents more than 2 million tourists per year.
