La Casa Country Restaurant Bar serves American steaks, Mexican Steaks, seafood and Mexican dishes in a friendly atmosphere in Cabo San Lucas Marina, Los Cabos, Baja California Sur, Mexico.
At the end of 1986 and the beginning of 1987, in a corral on a ranch in the state of Durango, Mexico, the idea of a restaurant was born that would be different and give customers the feeling of being right at home. This idea was originated by brothers, Dario, Librado, Jesus and Martin.
La Casa Country Restaurant Bar was inaugurated in April 1993 in Mazatlan, Sinaloa. It has been a total success because of good service and quality food, together with a festive, fun atmosphere.
The quality and innovative preparation of our cuisine, especially steaks, our specialty, and seafood, together with efficient, friendly service, a festive, fun atmosphere, and delicious food have made La Casa Country Restaurant Bar successful - and every day we are better!
When it comes to Los Cabos steak houses, La Casa Country is simply a cut above. A veteran of the Los Cabos—and Mazatlan—restaurant scene, La Casa Country recently relocated to the Cabo San Lucas Marina.
Its new digs are sleek, modern, and incredibly sophisticated. The restaurant is divided into three parts, an alfresco dining area, an outdoor bar, and an inside air-conditioned dining room that provides excellent views of the marina and can completely open up when air-conditioning is not required.
It’s the perfect backdrop for a menu stacked with hearty options, ranging from soups and salads to traditional Mexican plates, surf-and-turf platters, and even a kids’ menu. For starters, you can’t go wrong with chips and guacamole (roughly $7.70 U.S.), the latter prepared to order tableside.
Another must-try appetizer? The mushrooms (roughly $7.70 U.S.) in ajillo sauce, a garlicky concoction that’s sinfully delicious. Of course, it’s La Casa Country’s meaty entrées that have earned the restaurant such a devout following, and we can say that our first bite of the medium-rare “Argentinean” L-shaped heart of fillet made a believer out of us.
The 12-ounce cut (roughly $23 U.S.), which is extremely difficult to find in Los Cabos, is one of the juiciest, most flavorful you’ll come across.
