There’s a 1950’s full-blown Cadillac going through the upstairs windows. The brainchild of Isaac Tigrett and Peter Morton with the first location in London in June 1971,
Hard Rock Cafe has one of the most universally
recognized logos in the world.

It is a global phenomenon, with unparalleled memorabilia, and the Cabo location, which opened in 1995.
You can boast such items as Madonna’s gangster hat, John Lennon’s T-shirt, a separate area housing Beatles’ items, plus a plethora of items from Elvis in this 220 seat establishment.

Their “Save the Planet” motto is known from continent to continent, as is their philosophy,
“Love all— Serve All.” |

While usually thought of as a night spot, the HRC caters to families with children during the day with a special menu that includes Jimi Tenders (chicken tenders) and pint-sized shakes for kids.
Adults can enjoy classic American-style starters like Santa Fe Spring Rolls, or the Haystack Chicken Salad, BIG sandwiches enough to share, and of course, burgers, including a garden burger. |
| The smokehouse items sound yummy like pig sandwiches, BBQ ribs, and chicken, and not to be forgotten are the desserts. The hot fudge brownie sundae is gigantic, enough for four people to share, and names like Hunka, Hunka Chocolate-Banana Love or Down Home Cobbler beckon to be tried. They even have Root Beer floats, certain to bring back memories of the be-bop 50’s. |

Their specialty drink, one of the Rockin’ Concoctions is the Hurricane, a mixture of juices and rum, plus their top 10 Back Stage Classic drinks include names like Howling Wolf, Earthquake, and Lovely Rita.
Lunches and dinners run from $10 to $20 U.S., with a NY steak the only item over $20. There’s live music on Friday and Saturday nights, and some special events with rock ‘n’ roll bands from out of town taking the stage.
The round bar and the inviting upstairs restaurant is a major entertainment happening place, with the popular retail shop on the first level, a must for all visitors. |
