Like with its decor, Guaycura Restaurant offers the perfect melding of Mexican and Mediterranean flavors, the majority of dishes featuring organic and locally grown ingredients. Guests will also want to check out the Bar Don Guillermo, whose original hand-painted Renaissance-Moorish ceiling motifs reflect the artistic heart of the hotel.
For some serious relaxation, guests can retreat to the Sky Deck lounge and bar on the top floor. Spend the day poolside, sipping drinks and taking in views of the plush oasis surrounding Todos Santos. Or enjoy a romantic dinner with your sweetheart come sunset in the expansive outdoor lounge area.
