Here is another Team CABO MAGIC Sportfishing's favorite saying: "The fishing here is always fantastic!! It's the catching that changes" There is no explanation why two boats fishing in exactly the same area, with exactly the same equipment/lures/technique, will produce different results. No one can predict the exact location to try to successfully find fish. Team Cabo Magic Sportfishing Crews extend a personal invitation to welcome you aboard. They will work hard to fulfill your dream. Safety is their primary concern, followed by getting you the fish. "Skunked" is "no luck" or "no suerte". Why do some boats catch fish while others get skunked? There are many contributing factors: Mother Nature, winds, water temps & currents, tides, skill, luck & being in exactly the right place at precisely the right time.
We encourage Catch, Revive & Release of Billfish "CR&R" on our reports. Our crews are skilled in the process & implement this as needed. Sometimes a fish will die for numerous possible reasons. When that happens, our crews see to it that the flesh and carcass are utilized in a responsible manner. A replica or trophy can be made of a released fish. We are an authorized Gray taxidermy representative in Cabo San Lucas.

VIP Guests Truckers representing OLD DOMINION Freight Lines fished a total of four days aboard EXPRESS III and CRUISER III having a mini-tournament for fun amongst themselves. John took first place with the first Marlin caught and released. Gib took second with the largest dorado - a bull in the 45# class. Lyle took third with his wahoo. Mason, Ironman, Bobby, Goose and Louie shared the coveted final spot. Their totals include CR&R 8 Striped Marlin + 4 Dorado + 2 Pargo (Snapper) + 1 Wahoo + 4 Pez Gallo (Roosterfish) They stayed at Mar de Cortez and had their fish cooked up at Spencers restaurant as well as Crazy Lobster.
