In 1994 Fernando Palacios, along with two American partners, came up with the idea of selling top quality, gently used indoor & outdoor furniture at affordable prices here in Cabo San Lucas after a while though, they discovered that The Patio Furniture was the key to their success and decided to focus only on that. Thus began El Parasol Patio Furniture Store, which is still owned and operated by Mr. Palacios.
Beginning in 1997 Palacios wanted to offer more to his return clients and soon expanded his plaza to includes several furniture decor stores. These five stores now up a home design center located just up the road C.C.C. On the way to Todos Santos.
