Duara Grand Opening

Duara Grand Opening – PromoCasa, one of the most important home developers in northern Mexico, made his OPEN HOUSE event for Duara, Ocean View Villas & Condos, on Thursday, March 22nd starting at 6 pm. Duara is a word that comes from an antique Sanskrit term that means “Door or monumental arch to enter a place that is charged with symbolism”.

With great success, the organizers gave a nice and casual party for all the fortunate people that were able to attend the event. In that wonderful afternoon Duara showed the main style of the residences they offer inside their gated community. A combination of perfection between elements of space design and comfort with a privileged location right at the famous area of El Tezal, in the Tourist Corridor of Los Cabos, very close to the cosmopolitan port-city of Cabo San Lucas. The location has a superb view of the Land’s End, the wind runs free and that is a plus in the summer time; at night you can appreciate the stars, since Duara is in the outskirts of Cabo San Lucas, that also means you are away from the noise of the town.

During the event Jorge Mario Arreola Real, Director of PromoCasa, thanked to State and Municipal authorities for all the support this project has received to make it a great success. Right after, he and Alvaro Javier Ramírez, Planning and Development Director and Alan Humphrey, President of El Tezal Citizen Board, proceeded to cut the symbolic blue ribbon that declares Duara Officially open, this was, by the way, a very emotive moment for all the Duara team members and happiness could be appreciated in everybody’s faces.

Over 120 special guests and their families enjoyed a great evening surrounded with friends and companions. Music was a nice touch and the cocktails and food made the evening a pleasure to remember. Each one of them had the opportunity to see for themselves all the details of PRANA and EKA, the two model houses of Duara and enjoy the beautiful view from their terraces.

The finishing in the details of the residences is state of the art, which was the first thing I personally noted when I was given the tour by one of the representatives of Duara, Ocean View Villas & Condos. I really enjoyed the hospitality and the attention from all the staff and I had a wonderful time.
